I’ve been brewing mead for four years now, this year, I’ve been working on the Welsh Metheglin.

This Metheglin is based on a traditional Welsh recipe that I found online. From start to near completion, this product took me around a year to be ready.

Now, it is time for it to be bottled. The picture shows the process I use to bottle my beverages. First I divided it into four, five Litre carboys for easy handling. Then I’ll start bottling it 🙂


As you can see even doggo wants his share 😀
