My current Mead is fermenting, still going through the Anaerobic stage, so I don’t have anything to say about it for now. Process is quite well and it will come to a halt very soon because yeast activity slowed down in these past days.

So in the meanwhile, I’m going to share an old mead recipe that a friend of mine told me about; Joe’s Ancient Orange Mead.

This mead is relatively easy to make and won’t take much time to craft it. I would actually recommend it for those who are new to mead and for those who want to take up this home brewing hobby.

Go to these links for the recipe and information (Time is against me unfortunately to type it down, sorry)
